Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil and butter. In another small bowl, beat egg with fork. Dip chicken in egg, then into bread crumb mixture, coating evenly.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat until hot. Add coated chicken. Cook 5 to 7 minutes or until golden brown, turning once.
Add marinara sauce and water to skillet. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low. Cook 12 to 15 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink; stirring occasionally.
Sprinkle each piece of chicken with 1 tablespoon mozzarella cheese. Cover; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve over fettuccine.
