Heat gas or charcoal grill. Cut apple into 4 wedges; remove core. Cut each wedge crosswise into 3 pieces.
Onto 6 (12- to 14-inch) metal skewers, alternately thread apple pieces and chicken nuggets.
Place kabobs on grill. Cover grill; cook over medium heat 9 to 11 minutes, turning once, until thoroughly heated. Serve with honey for dipping.
