This is one of the easiest, best mole recipes I've tried. It is definitely company-worthy. My family likes it without the sour cream.

This recipe is very innovative and creative; more importantly, it is delicious. This would be a great meal for a busy week night, especially if you prepared the mole ahead of time.

After sampling this recipe I had to try it out at home. The recipe is incredibly easy and got rave reviews from the entire family! I had a hard time finding the chipotle chile in adobe sauce but I used regular green chiles and it ended up being a bit milder for the kids which worked out perfectly. Definitely Two Thumbs Up! :)

we were very impressed by how this recipe came together with simple ingredients. kids were pretty good with the recipe (1 yr, 6yr, 8yr). 4 year old was very skeptical. don't forget the chili powder -- it makes a difference.

My family loved this sweet, spicy sauce. The best part of it is how easy it is to make.

This is a very delightful receipe. My family loved it. I didn't tell them that it had peanut butter in it until after they ate and loved it.

It was so fun making this recipe! Definetely one the kids will love to help you make=getting to throw all the different ingredients into the blender! Tasted great! Even my 14 year old "picky eater" loved it. I thought it was going to be more spicy than it was. We actually added salsa and jalepenos to kick it up a notch! I filed this recipe away in my "make again" folder!
