Expert Tips

Louis (“LOO-ee”) dressing is a mixture of mayonnaise, chili sauce, bell pepper, lemon juice and seasonings. It is often used on crab salads. We gave it a new twist by using chicken.

Compare the labels of different seafood seasoning brands, and select the one you prefer based on the spice mix. Remember that ingredients are listed with the largest amount first.

If cooking chicken I would use two medium chicken breasts(they equaled about 1 1/2 cups). Cook them in 375 degree oven in glass pan sprayed with cooking spray for 20-30 min. Once 20 min have passed stick in a meat thermomiter and keep doing so every 2 min or so until temp in middle of chicken breast is 160 degrees.

DELISIOUSO! I just made this recipe tonight and it is by far the best recipe on the site except for shrimp lasagna! My only tip is to make a seprete mixture for the kids without the celery and red pepper because mine were picking it out other than that they were begging for seconds! If you are thinking of something to make for dinner make this!
