mix rasberry jam and jalapeno together spead on cresent roll place shredded chicken then any cheese of your liking..cut in pinwheels or leave whole and slice after baking

Directions

1 place cresent roll on cookie sheet
2 spread mixed jam & jalapeno
3 add chicken and cheese roll up either cut before or after baking

I also left out the chicken and instead of regular jalapenos I used the sweet and hot jalapenos in a jar and also used seedless blackberry jam and a package of cream cheese mixed together and then spread it over the crescent roll and rolled it and then dusted with powdered sugar. baked for 20 minutes and it turned out wonderful.. rave reviews from the kids and adults!! gonna try new recipes with this as well!!

I made those for our Christmas buffet and they turned out great, though i left the chicken out and changed a few things, but it was a great treat!

Just got my custom version out of the oven- terrific jumping off point from barrymary. Sorry- I don't do pinwheels due to failure in the past.Used reduced fat crescents as rectangles as the savory chicken squares Pillsbury recipe. Used 1 shredded thigh, 1/2 diced jalapeno, 4 oz.reduced fat cream cheese and 1/4 c. jam. Next time I make them, I'll be adding half can of sliced or diced water chestnuts.Presented them to DH as "Not your Mama's Chicken Squares"
