H and I thought this was wonderful. I added broc. and julienne carrots; spring mix lettuce instead of spinach; quinoa "Garden Pagodas" pasta.

I made this recipe but I tweeked a bit. I couldn't find the fire roasted tomatoes so I used sun-dried tomatoes. I also didn't want to put the Gorgonzola so I used Feta. The salad was a big hit with the tweeks!!

The flavors of bacon, cheese and fire roasted tomatoes make for a nice dish to serve.
