boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into short strips

cup sliced green onions

(14 1/2-oz.) cans ready-to-serve fat-free chicken broth with 1/3 less sodium

(14.5-oz.) can no-salt-added whole tomatoes, undrained, cut up

teaspoon dried marjoram leaves

teaspoon pepper

cups shredded escarole or spinach

Directions

  1. 1 Stovetop Directions: Spray large nonstick saucepan with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat until hot. Add chicken and green onions; cook and stir until chicken is no longer pink.
  2. 2 Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
