As NannyPat said, I made the tortilla cups for a taco salad. Even though I did everything exactly as written, they barely resembled a bowl and didn't hold much of anything. They just didn't "soften and drape" as the recipe said. And the bottom got soggy real fast. Sorry to say this was a disappointment. I'll give it 3 stars because I didn't even try the "chicken enchilada" portion of the recipe. And I won't because the bowl doesn't work!

I can only say Easy and Yummy. You can also use your own recipe's in the tortilla cups like your Taco Salad Recipe, or even Chilli.
