I added corn to the recipe and it was delicious! I will definitely make this again. My sister enjoyed it as well.

Made this for my husband, mother-in-law, and 2-year-old. It was a HUGE hit! I made it following the recipe exactly and we all loved it. It's a frequently-requested dish at my house, and it's so easy!

I added a can of corn, ground/toasted cumin seeds, diced red, yellow and orange peppers, pepper jack and cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, scallions and fresh diced jalapenos. I topped each serving with a tablespoon of salsa. I used four chicken breasts instead of two. I also used two cans of black beans instead of the beans in the recipe. The original recipe was a great base. The next time I cook it I'll mix my own Pico de Gallo in with the chicken.

I added sauteed onions to the chicken mixture as well as shredded italian cheeses and cayenne pepper, really good and quick. I mixed all my ingredients in a big mixing bowl and dumped it right into my Pam-sprayed casserole dish, without heating on the stove. Everything was heated through with no problem after the crescents were done. Can't wait to try with cooked ground beef!
