Chicken California Club Sandwiches

Ham, bacon and chicken - all in one filling club sandwiches for dinner made using Pillsbury® Grands!® refrigerated buttermilk biscuits - ready in just 20 minutes!

Ingredients

can (10.2 oz) Pillsbury™ Grands!™ refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (5 biscuits)

box (9 oz) frozen cooked chicken breast strips

tablespoons ranch dressing
5
slices precooked bacon
5
tomato slices
5
slices (3/4 oz each) cooked ham
5
lettuce leaves
  • 1 Heat oven to 375°F. Separate dough into 5 biscuits; split each into 2 rounds. Press or roll each into 4-inch round; place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until golden brown.
  • 2 Meanwhile, heat chicken strips in microwave as directed on box.
  • 3 Spread about 1 1/2 teaspoons salad dressing on each warm biscuit half. Top 5 biscuit halves with chicken strips, bacon, tomato, ham and lettuce. Cover with remaining biscuit halves.
