I tried this recipe because I was impressed with how tasty, fast and easy it sounded with the onion soup mix and few ingredients. I even ground my own chicken breasts and soft bread crumbs in my food processor and still found it a breeze. Ordinarily on new recipes I do believe in following them exactly; however for these burgers wanted something I could make even if I didn't have sour cream on hand, so instead I used a mix of Hellman's & Miracle Whip. They turned out MOIST & DELICIOUS, and held together beautifully! I receipved more than one compliment and request to make these again. This r

Great recipe! I used a bit more sour cream and less breadcrumbs and then topped with fresh sliced avocado - very yummy!!!

The chicken burgers were more like a meat loaf. The flavor was good. They were a little dry for me. Will cut back on the bread crumbs next time I make them.
