This recipe was very easy and tasty. You can omit the bruschetta for on the kids', so it is family-friendly as well.

Don't cook much but this was easy and tasted very good. Made it with Hunts diced tomatoes w/ olive oil and basil. My wife & daughter think I should cook all the time!

This dish is fabulous! The chicken is full of flavor and enjoyable to the very last bite. I highly recommend it!
