I loooooved this quiche! My family is really picky, but I've been dying to make a quiche so I made it anyways, but everyone loved it too. Surprised me since I'm the only one that likes spinach, but it gives it a really good flavor. I couldn't find the Asiago cheese in my grocery, but found a blend that had it in there & used that instead & it turned out fabulous<3 Def will be making this dish again (:

Took a while to prepare, but tasted very good once completed. Since I had an extra pie crust (2 come in a package) I used cookie cutters to cut the crust into shapes of leaves and pumpkins, brushed the cut outs with an egg, and then baked. Once done I served the quiche along with my cut out leaves and pumpkins (as decoration on the plates). It was a nice little extra touch to the plate and everyone loved having some extra crust!

This recipe was amazing. The flavor was perfect and the texture was exactly what I thought it would be. I plan on adding another egg next time and maybe a little less asiago cheese because I can taste that more than anything. I also added a pinch of cayenne to add some spice. I did add sauteed mushrooms, but now that I think about it, I didnt notice they were in there until now. Maybe I'll quarter them in stead of slicing them into small pieces.

This rich blend of flavors is so delicious!! I added fresh mushrooms and used 4 eggs instead of 3. When fluting the crust edge I made it stand up in the air about a 1/2 inch It was a good thing I did or I think it would have overflowed just a bit. Coming out of the oven it looked simply beautiful. And tasted even better!

Made this for a work breakfast and everyone loved it! I also was unable to find asiago cheese so I used a blend and it came out just fine.

Wow was this good. I served this for my book club and people went back for seconds. I did use slightly more garlic (2 huge cloves) than the recipe calls for.

I made this for a formal bridal shower and it was a hit!! So many people asked me for the recipe, I just referred them to pillsbury.com. I made it the week before and put it in the freezer until the day of the shower. It was still as good as when it's fresh out of the oven. Highly recommend this dish!!
