Chicken and Vegetable Biscuits Alfredo

Ingredients

Pillsbury™ Grands!™ frozen buttermilk biscuits (from 25-oz bag)

cups cubed cooked chicken
2
cups Green Giant™ frozen mixed vegetables (from 1-lb bag)
1/4
teaspoon pepper
1
jar (16 oz) Alfredo pasta sauce
1
can (4 oz) Green Giant™ mushroom pieces and stems, drained

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 375°F. Place biscuits on ungreased cookie sheet; bake 14 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. 2 Meanwhile, in 3-quart saucepan, mix remaining ingredients. Cook over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender and mixture is thoroughly heated.
  3. 3 Split warm biscuits; place bottom halves of biscuits on plates. Top each with 1 cup chicken mixture and top half of biscuit.
