We definitely like this recipe in my house. Sometimes I substitute chicken sausage for the chicken breast, it gives a little more flavor (and calories) and makes it an extra special treat!

We made this dish exactly like the recipe. Then we tasted it and added italian spice,sweet basil, garlic granules, salt & pepper. My family loved it and will make it many times in the future.

My family loved this -- great flavor, quick and easy -- I could see doubling this for company.
