I made it last night. My husband and I love it. I cooked the onions, then used a large can of white chicken meat, with the carrots and a small can of green beans. Being Southern, I first cooked the beans and carrots a little. We don't like them crunchier. I also doubled the noodles. With just the 2
of us, there are left overs for another meal.

WONDERFUL! Through this recipe together at the last minute. Turned out great. I substituted green beans instead and doubled the amount of noodles. My husband and I LOVED it!

Tasty and easy! This reminds me of an almost "home-made" chicken helper kind of meal, which at least allows you to use fresh ingredients and watch your own amount of fat, sodium, preservatives etc. It all fits in one skillet and simmers til it's ready, it's so convenient! I also threw in a little Italian dressing on the chicken before cooking to help tenderize the meat, and sprinkled in some garlic powder and onion powder for a little extra flavor. I'll definitely make this again!

Both my boys ate this...of course with no onion. I generally make changes - I add what ever veggies I have on hand, or that I know they will eat. Flexible recipe.

This recipe was great. My husband enjoyed this with a side of scrambled eggs and cinnamon toast. We also sprinkled shredded cheese and a little bit of salt and pepper. This is a keeper!!
