Very easy. I love spicy food so I never even thought about the pepper jack cheese being too spicy for someone else. However, the flavors are great, and to counter the spicy, we used sour cream to cool it down. Overall....an excellent recipe.

I am pregnant and do not feel like cooking elaborate things. I used a tub of shredded chicken already seasoned for tacos. It was super easy and yummy. About 5 minutes from stove to table!

This is a great recipe. Easy to make and very tasty!!! You can use the different flavored tortillas or different varieties of cheeses, and salsa''s. Deffinatly approved by the boyfriend!!
