I've been making this for years for my family. Tips: Keep 2nd package of crescent rolls in refridgerator until ready to use - dough is easier to work with when cold. I serve with additional salsa and chopped scallions mixed into sour cream. Ground chicken is quicker or can buy breasts, cook and shred. I usually make a double batch, wrap individually and then freeze. They heat up well in the microwave.

Homerun here! Husband thought these were one of the best things he had ever eaten. And he's a meat and potatoes guy. I added a little extra salsa to the filling and used a mozzarella/cheddar cheese blend. I like the simple ingredients and easy assembly. I will be making these again soon!

This was very good! I used Pepper Jack cheese instead of cheddar.

My family loved them. We are not big garlic eaters so we cooked 1/2 cup celery with the onion. We used canned chicken instead of fresh.

Yummy!!! I added a taco seasoning to the chicken (followed package directions) and my entire family loved this. I'm thinking it would be great in 2 bite portion as an appetizer too
