Chicken and Broccoli Cavatappi

This pasta dish is quick to prepare, and with its sun-dried tomatoes and creamy sauce, it's fancy enough for company.

The sun dried tomatoe flavor in this is pretty strong, but my husband loved it.

This was really good. I didn't have all of the same ingredients so I made some changes but it was still good. I didn't have cavatappi pasta so I used ziti. I also used ground chicken instead of chicken tenderloin. My husband doesn't like sun-dried tomatoes so I had to leave them out. I also used onion and chives cream cheese instead of garlic and herb. It was really easy to make.

This was right up my husbands alley. He loved it! Said he could eat serving after serving. I didn't change anything, but would like to try with other vegetable choice (since broccoli is his favorite, but not mine).

This is my husband's new favorite. I couldn't find the kind of cream cheese spread that is in the recipe so I used sun dried tomato cream cheese.
