Cherry Streusel Flatbread

can (11 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated thin pizza crust

can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
1/2
cup all-purpose flour
1/2
cup packed brown sugar
1/2
cup quick-cooking oats
1
teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2
cup cold butter
2
cups powdered sugar
3
tablespoons milk
1
teaspoon vanilla

  • 1 Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 2 cookie sheets with cooking spray.
  • 2 Unroll pizza dough; cut into 6 squares. Place on cookie sheets. Spread pie filling evenly over dough.
  • 3 In medium bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, oats and cinnamon. Cut in butter, using pastry blender or 2 forks, until mixture looks like fine crumbs. Sprinkle topping evenly over pie filling.
  • 4 Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool 15 minutes.
  • 5 Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix powdered sugar, milk and vanilla until smooth. Using fork, drizzle icing over flatbread.
