these were good and very easy to make. however I did have a problem with the first batch not staying together. I used a small amount of water to seal the pie cerusts together. I also used apples and they wee really good.

It doesnt have to be sweet. You can add pepperoni and cheese for a lunchbox treat!

I loved these. I made them for a bake sale for my daughters drill team and they sold in less than 10 minutes. We even had people coming back asking for them. I did not make them with the stick because I wanted them to look like mini chery pies. I also made sure I put alot of sugar on the top and it gave them a sweet taste. I will be making these alot more often

Fast, easy and great. Didn't have the sticks, but made the small size. Froze 1/2 of them, and thawed them at room temp later. Perfect, great, and easy for a make ahead, and a great treat!

I made these and they were really good, but the sticks did not stay in. I guess I just didn't press them down hard enough.

Tess that sounds tasty but the fun for me is making the little pies into pops. :)

Just spread the cherry pie filling on one pie crust (out to about 1/2 inch of the edge) then top with the second crust and crimp around the entire crust (like one really big pop w/o the stick). Bake and cut into wedges...they'll disappear just as fast and you don't have to mess around with cutting out rounds.

A 1/2 teaspoon works well because the cherries are pretty plump. Remember these are meant to be small so they can stay on the Popsicle stick. When I make them I like to drizzle some of them with a sugar glaze for variety. Enjoy!
