Great idea and really quick. I added a crumb topping made of quick cooking oatmeal/cinnamon/sugar/butter, the guys loved it! I have 17 grandchildren and these easy recipes give me more time to enjoy them.

This is so simple and easy. We have an R.V. and travel alot. I keep these items on hand for when we want a good dessert. I will sometime subsitute with apple or peach filling for a change.

These were very good. I did add a 1/4 tsp vanilla to the cherry pie filling and a little pat of butter on top. Then I used pastry cutters on the leftover dough and put a little decoration on top, sprinkled with sugar and baked exactly 18 minutes. These came out of the muffin tin very easily and made a very attractive as well as tasty dessert.

This recipe is super easy and super fast! It was so delicious eating them right out of the oven. I know they will be just as good later too. If you like cherry pie you will absolutely fall in love with these. I have never made a cherry pie myself, but after making these I don''t know that I ever will. Cherry pie lover''s have to try this recipe. I can''t get over how good it was.

These little pies are great with other pie fillings, too. I also have baked the crusts alone and filled with prepared pudding fillings. I can''t stand to discard the left over pie crust, so I re-roll and sprinkle it with cinnamon and sugar then roll and cut into 1/2 inch pieces and bake at 450 for a few minutes until browned.
