dont waste the scraps, cut them into thin strips and lattice the tops like big pies.

I too loved these little pies, and they were a big hit with family and friends. I used tips in the reviews and added cut outs from the left overs on top. I used peach filling the second time and that was great, too.

Perfect for a quick week night dessert. I love cherry pie so these were perfect. I let my art loving daughter take the extra pie crust and make creative designs to go on top as a 2nd. crust. She had a blast.

I loved these because of the cherry pie filling, easy to make and easy to eat.

These are wonderful but never "discard" extra pie crust. Cut out tiny stars or hearts and place on top of these darling desserts!!%0d%0a

Wow! This recipe solved about a dozen problems with how to make and serve pie (any flavor!) to so many people of so many ages. Kids as well as adults LOVED the presentation! A dollop of whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup made it even better. No runny slices! No more arguments that one piece is bigger than the other! I tell all my friends how great and easy this recipe is!

I just want to say this is the best recipe. My husband is so picky but he loves these pies.

I made a double batch of these for the Forth of July. I made half with cherries and the other half with blueberries. They look quite festive! On the cherry, I used the scraps for lattice work on top of each cherry cup. I used a tiny star cookie cutter and used the scraps of dough to put stars on top of the blueberry cups. They really are cute!!!

I made these for our church's 152nd anniversay and they were gone before you knew it. I also used apple pie filling also. Will for sure make these again.
