I have made something similar to these except I use Grand biscuits instead of the pie crust. Take a Grand biscuit stretch it out a little then place it in a muffin tin sprayed with non-stick spray. Place your choice of pie filling in each and bake according to time and temp on biscuits. Simple, quick, and deliscious.

Would this be good with cream cheese in it?

So, I'm thinking of making these for my Tuesday night bible study, are the easy to remove from the tins and can I use regular size cupcake tins?

Easy to make, taste great. I used blueberry as well as cherry pie fillings. I'm taking them to a meeting as my dessert. Can't wait to hear what everyone thinks of them.
