Appetizers ready in 15 minutes! Try this fall dip made with brie cheese, cherry and pecans - serve with crackers.

Ingredients

  • 1 round (16 oz) Brie cheese
  • 1/3 cup cherry preserves
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted
  • Assorted crackers, if desired

Steps

    Heat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheet with foil or cooking parchment paper. Remove and discard rind from top of cheese. Place cheese round on cookie sheet.

    Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until sides feel soft and cheese is warm.

    Meanwhile, in small bowl, stir together preserves, vinegar, salt and pepper. Transfer cheese round to serving plate. Drizzle cherry mixture over cheese. Top with pecans. Serve warm with crackers.
