Ingredients

pkg (3 oz) cherry flavor gelatin

cup boiling water

can (46 oz) pineapple juice, chilled

quart (4 cups) apple cider, chilled
1/4
cup lemon juice

bottle (1 liter) ginger ale, chilled

Directions

  1. 1 In 3-quart pitcher or bowl, combine gelatin and boiling water; stir until gelatin is dissolved. Stir in pineapple juice, apple cider and lemon juice. If desired, refrigerate until serving time.
  2. 2 Just before serving, pour mixture into punch bowl. Gently stir in ginger ale.
