In medium bowl, combine cherries, peach and spreadable fruit; toss to coat. In small bowl, combine yogurt and sour cream; blend well.
Place shortcake cups on 8 individual dessert plates. Sprinkle each with about 1 teaspoon schnapps. Spread about 1 to 2 tablespoons yogurt mixture evenly in each cup. Spoon fruit over yogurt mixture. Store in refrigerator.
