I plan on making these for my Holiday Baskets....I will use the Holiday cup wraps... if they fall apart on those unwrapping them, oh well....it's one way to keep them together until the basket is given... plus, no matter what, I found these cookies taste great!!!!

I found that the cookie filled up too much for my mini muffin pan...so next time I will use less cookie. Also my cookies stuck to the muffin liner and then fell apart when the liner was removed. I would try making without the liners next time also. Tasted great even though they were not nice looking.

These cookies were so delicious, I shared them with my co-workers. To comment on Grammy I used the cupcake liners that have foil around them and waited until the cookies cooled completely before rem0ving the paper. They did not stick , I suppose wither way would work. I would reccommed this recipe !

these are very good, don't bother with the cupcake liners, they stick & are hard to pull off..just spray mini muffin tin with your non stick sray

try peanut cookies pressed into the mini muffin pans. press cookie up the sides. When done fill them with chocolate/
