cup Progresso® chicken broth (from 32-oz carton)

cup Green Giant® Valley Fresh Steamers™ frozen mixed vegetables

teaspoon dried marjoram leaves, crushed

cup shredded Cheddar-Jack cheese blend (2 oz)

can (4.5 oz) tuna, drained, flaked

  • 1 In 2-quart saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion; cook and stir until tender. Reduce heat to low. Stir in flour, mustard and pepper; cook and stir until mixture is smooth and bubbly.
  • 2 Gradually stir in milk and broth. Stir in frozen vegetables and marjoram. Heat to boiling over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 3 to 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  • 3 Add cheese and tuna; heat, stirring gently, until cheese is melted.

I made this for our dinner last night and my husband loved it! It was easy and quick to make. I think I'd like a little more seasoning in it. It's a great dinner-you'll like it.
