I wish people who posted their reviews online would actually review the recipe (however they decided to make it) instead of being sour-puss Debby Downers. I liked the recipe but I also just used ritz crackers because I always had those and added a little sour cream to help keep those flake potatoes moist. It was a solid 3 stars. My friends liked baked potatoes better.

I wish people who place their reviews online would only do so if they prepared the recipe as stated. I don't want to hear what you substituted.

this is a great and easy recipe for pot luck/church suppers too. i doctor it up a bit with some real bacon bits and a dollop of sour cream and some butter.

Easy to make and uses ingredients that I normally have on hand. Makes a great side dish when "extra" company is added to the dinner table wich makes the entree go furthur.

I got this recipe today, and ended up trying it for supper. Family thought it was pretty good. Ended up using Garlic Salt instead of Chives, and Ritz crackers instead of Cheese crackers. And it tasted great. And it took me less than 30 minutes to make. Good recipe.
