Made this for dinner last night and it was a hit. My only change was to use chicken breast which I cubed and browned with some chili powder, cumin and a bit of cayenne. My family loved it and I will make it again!

@sylmar6, I don't know if you have Adobe on your computer; but if you do, print the recipe as a pdf file. Hope this helps :)

LOVE THIS DISH! It is super easy and quick to make. I use Rotel instead of just chiles to add a little more spice and a lot more flavor. I always keep these ingredients on hand so I can whip up this dish any day of the week unplanned.

Very easy and good. I added spices as I do to any recipe I make. Thanks for the great recipe!

OK my review got cut off for some reason...I didn't receive a "word count" warning. As I was saying....Spicy Rotel may give it that "kick" it is missing and added texture. This is a good recipe....provided spices are added. I will definitely make this again.

Made this last night and I really liked it. However, it DEFINITELY needs additional seasoning, I do not like bland food so just the recipe itself needs some spices added to it. Insted of getting a rotisserie chicken, I diced up some boneless/skinless chicken breasts, seasoned them, pan seared them, then added a little water to my skillet, covered it and let it simmer for about 10 minutes. I've never tried the recipe starters but I would like to try the creamy cheese for my homemade mac n cheese for that added "cream factor". I think next time I would like to try adding some Spicy Rotel, mayb

I made this for dinner tonight, and it was delicious! I made two changes, but they are minor. Instead of the green chilies, I used 1/2 a can of diced tomatoes with green chilies, and instead of rotisserie chicken, I used southwest seasoned chicken strips. The results were very yummy!! I tried garnishing with the tortilla chips, as suggested, and liked it better without. Enjoy!

I have a suggestion. Could you please add a 'download' icon to your options? I already have a recipe file and it would be soooo much easier if I can click on 'donwload' for the recipe I'd like and put in into my own file......Thank you. This recipe would be one of the ones I'd like to save in my file. Thank you, Sylmar6
