These were a hit. Did a little modification in that I used Turkey Sausage I had left over from a different recipe. Family said they couldn't tell the difference. When I make them next time, will use the Turkey Sausage again because much healthier and less fat.

How do you think this would taste using either the refrigerated pizza dough or the pie crusts?

My girlfriend didn't have bread to make pepperoni and American cheese sandwiches for lunch, so I used this recipe as a guide to make something similar. The filling didn't leave much biscuit dough to crimp around the edges, so most of them busted open and looked like hot dog rolls. Just a small amount of cheese oozed out, so hopefully she will like them tomorrow.

It was super quick & easy to make. I like that it is something my 4 1/2 yr old daughter liked. Something she can pick up with her hands is always fun for her. She even helped me make them by flattening out the biscuits & sealing them (with my help of course). We had fun making and eating them. Give 'em a try. =-)

These were great. They were easy and my husband loved them. One thing I would recommend is making sure that you press the dough together good enough that they are completely sealed. A few of mine came out funny looking because they spread as they back.
