cups Corn Chex®, Rice Chex® or Wheat Chex® cereal (or combination)

cups bite-size pretzel twists

cups bite-size cheese crackers

tablespoons butter or margarine, melted

package (1 oz) ranch dressing and seasoning mix
1/2
cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 In large microwavable bowl, mix cereal, pretzels and crackers. In small microwavable bowl, microwave butter uncovered on High about 30 seconds or until melted. Pour over cereal mixture; stir until evenly coated. Stir in dressing mix and cheese until evenly coated.
  • 2 Microwave uncovered on High 3 minutes, stirring after each minute. Spread on waxed paper or foil to cool. Store in airtight container.

I was not that impressed with this recipe. I made it with my 2 year old, so it was easy, however, the flavor was a bit disappointing.

try adding some fish shaped cheesy crackers and some puffed cheese ball for that extra cheesy taste.

I made this and put it in small bags and take it to work with my lunch - very good and very easy to make. Also made it for Memorial Day snacking and it went fast.
