Someone needs to rename this recipe because of two things: "Winter Squash" is NOT "Pumpkin", Winter Squash is Green or Yellow NOT Orange!!! Also, Zalkessler is right where is the "BAKE" it's all done on the "STOVETOP"

this is so misleading why is there no PUMPKIN? Can we sub the winter squash with a can of pumpkin??!!!!

really good all my kids ate it and they are picky. changed the pasta to spaghetti and the turkey to chicken added colby jack cheese turned out great

Pumpkin is a winter squash, so this is a pumpkin recipe.

Haven't tried this yet, but where is the "Bake" part that is in the recipe name? It sounds like a stovetop recipe.
