this was very simple and quite tasty. instead of the individual dishes, i used a 13x9 pan and baked as directed. turned out wonderful.

I made this for my hubby and he loved it. I did use a small casserole dish instead of individual dishes. I put the potatoes all over the top and used the ketchup instead of the chili sauce. It was real easy and and tasted even better the next day if you have leftovers.

I made a couple of little changes - added peas instead of mixed veggies. I was out of 'real' cheese, so when boiling the water for the potato flakes, I stirred in about 4-5 slices of American. I cooked it in ONE large casserole, instead of the individual ones. Family loved it.
