In 10-inch skillet, cook beef over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain.
Stir in cooking sauce and cheese. Heat to boiling, stirring frequently, until cheese is melted. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
Spoon onto bottom half of each bun; top with pickles, ketchup and mustard. Place top of bun on each.
