Took to Thanksgiving this year untested. It was a huge hit! I did not change anything. We all like spicy foods including the children, but poblano peppers are mild enough that this would be great for those that do not like hot and spicy foods. I will be taking for Christmas this year but may have to double the recipe, I have a very large family.

This was great!! I used left over corn from Thanksgiving. I poured off the liquid and adjusted the other ingredients for the amt of corn I had. It was just as good or better the next day as the first. Definitely a keeper and a recipe to pass on to your friends and family.

I always change recipes to make them uniquely mine in a way. The only thing I did with this one was eliminate the jalapeno because my family doesnt like spicy food. I served it on Thanksgiving. It is the only food that completely disappeared from the table. This is a wonderful recipe! Thanks

Took a chance and took it to a potluck untested, and everyone loved it. I had to substitute canned (unpickled) chiles for the poblanos. I'm sure the poblanos would've been better, but I didn't have time to get them. I would probably add a bit more cornmeal the next time, but it was delicious as written!
