Where do the Grands corn biscuits come from. I am in northern Illinois & have never seen them (nor heard of them). They sound interesting.

Super easy. Everyone seemed to like. I liked the biscuits. I thought they were going to turn out dry but they were just fine. This is a great, quick, easy week night meal. I didn't use the meat suggested. I just made crumble ground meat and then poured taco sauce over the top of biscuits and meat. Very good.

Quick and tasty, but I can do without the globs of dough. No offense to Pillsbury, but I thought the biscuits did not taste very good in it. I ended up taking them out and using crushed taco chips instead. Maybe the corn biscuits would be better.

I made my burger the same way I do my taco meat. Added taco sauce also and boy is it YUMMY. I spread refried beans on the bottom of my place before I scooped up some from the pan and layed it on the beans....sour cream, salsa and onions on top. Awesome!!

It smells wonderful!
I added drained whole kernel corn, used about 1/2 can, and a bit of salsa in the baking dish when mixing dough and homemade taco meat sauce together. Whipped up some guacamole (avocado, miracle whip, minced garlic, and lime juice...try it!!!) while the dish was in the oven. Will add guacamole and some taco toppings as soon as I can get it out of the oven!

This is a great recipe and my family loved it even my toddler!! I did make a few changes, I made my own taco meat, like I was making regular tacos with taco seasoning and then added a can of corn to the meat. Once that was done cooking I put that in the bottom of the casserole dish and then cut the biscuits and coated them with salsa and put that on top and gave it a little stir. Cooked it as directed and then layered the cheese and cooked until it was melted. I will be making this once a week!!

I also made my own beef tacco sauce, with sauteed onions, and added corn as was suggested by another commenter. It was delicious and easy to make. Since my hubby doesn't like left overs, I placed restaurant style Tostotas on a cookie sheet, added the left over Cheesy Mexican Bubble Bake, baked it in the oven.....and it made the best Nachos!!! My hubby only knew it was delicious....I love to fool him by RECYCLING his food!!!!!!

Super Simple! I substituted my own ground Beef and Taco Seasoning mix as well. A little too much bread. However, very filling, Super Easy to make.

It was good. I used turkey burger instead of beef. The kids loved it.
