I use a can of flaky butter grands. I pull apart each biscuit, making 2 and then quarter them. I also add 1tsp garlic powder to the mix. and italian cheese on the first layer.

I love this recipe. I shared it with everyone I could think of. I cut it down for only 2 people. My husband loves it like I do. Going to take some advice and put the garlic in with the butter and maybe a little more cheese since I am a cheesehead.. lol

First time I made this I winged it for the amounts for just two people. But it still turned out great. My husband said I could keep making it anytime. Thanx 4dragontattoos for the 2 people version. I'm making this again tonight to have with spaghetti. I also put a little bit of bread crumbs in with the mix. Worked pretty well. And YUMMY!!!!

I am unable to find the 4/5 ounce cans of biscuits here in central Ohio. Anyone else have this problem?

I was cooking for two so I used a 9x5 loaf pan, one can of "Grandes" each biscuit cut in 6 pieces, 1/4 C parm, 1 tsp granulated garlic, 1 tsp Italian seasoning, 1/2 C mozz and 2 T melted butter. I baked 350 for 22 minutes.

baclown, when I use pepperoni for pizza, I put it on paper towels in the micro wave for about 30 seconds to remove some of the grease. Hope this helps.ella

This recipe is fantastic and easy. I added chopped garlic to the melted butter. I made this just 3 days ago and my kids want me to make it again! I'm guessing this is a keeper!

Great recipe. Substitute savory for a mixture of cinnamon and sugar or sugar substitute along with dotting each layer with dots of butter and you have a nice breakfast bread. Top with Agave syrup to which you have added a little maple flavoring and you have a low glycemic and lower calorie dish.

@baclown, I was wondering the same thing. Pepperoni sounds pretty good!
