Ingredients

cans (18.5 oz.) ready-to-serve 99% fat free white Cheddar and potato soup

cup milk

cup frozen whole kernel corn (from 1-lb. bag)

hot dogs, thinly sliced
1
cup shredded American and Cheddar cheese blend (4 oz.)
Shredded American and cheddar cheese blend, if desired

Directions

  1. 1 In 3-quart saucepan, combine soup, milk, corn and hot dogs; mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 6 to 8 minutes or until corn is tender, stirring occasionally.
  2. 2 Add 1 cup cheese; stir until melted. Top individual servings with additional shredded cheese.
