Ingredients

CASSEROLE

lb. hot dogs, sliced

(10 3/4-oz.) can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
1
(7-oz.) can vacuum-packed whole kernel corn, drained

tablespoons finely chopped onion

TOPPING

cup water

tablespoons margarine or butter
1 1/2
cups mashed potato flakes
1/2
cup milk

egg, slightly beaten
2
oz. (1/2 cup) shredded Cheddar cheese
Paprika

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, combine all casserole ingredients; mix well. Spoon into ungreased 2-quart casserole; set aside.
  2. 2 In medium saucepan, bring water and margarine to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in potato flakes and milk. Add egg; blend well. Spoon and spread over casserole.
  3. 3 Bake at 350°F. for 35 to 45 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Bake an additional 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
