These are FAB...I made them for a brunch that I hosted and they were the buzz of the afternoon. Easy to make and ohhh so delicious!

I made the mistake of using regular muffin tins instead of jumbo. It still turned out, but the dough raised up the middle too far. The insides came up too far. I also used lower fat wheat biscuits and egg white to cut down on fat. This recipe is yummy and presents much better in its original form.

You will not believe how simple and delicious this is. The flavors are a perfect match. We followed the recipe to a tee and it looked just like the picture. Would be great for any meal. Even the 2 year old loved it, and that says everything!
