Cook up ground beef with southwestern style corn and roasted peppers, add cheese 'n salsa dip and wrap it all in a tortilla, burrito style. What could be easier!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 (9-oz.) box frozen whole kernel corn
  • 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 4 (8 or 9-inch) soft flour tortillas, warmed
  • 1/2 cup salsa con queso dip

    In large skillet, brown ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain.
  • 2
    Remove corn mixture from pouch; add to ground beef along with bell pepper. Reduce heat to medium; cover and cook 5 minutes or until vegetables are thawed.

    Uncover; stir to break up vegetables and mix well. Cook an additional 2 minutes or until beef is thoroughly cooked and vegetables are tender.

    Spoon about 1 cup beef and corn mixture down center of each warm tortilla. Top with 2 tablespoons cheese and salsa dip. Fold up bottom of tortilla; fold in sides. Secure with toothpicks.
