Made this for supper tonight. It was very good. Didn't have any hash-brown potatoes, so thickened the chowder with instant potato flakes. Also used a large can of chicken meat. My husband was amazed that it tasted so good without any added seasoning. Served the chowder with golden brown Pillsbury Grands Biscuits.
