Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 8-inch square (2-quart) baking dish with cooking spray. In medium bowl, mix seasoned crumbs (from Chicken Helper box), 1 tablespoon of the taco seasoning mix and the chicken.
In 2-quart saucepan, stir water, milk, uncooked pasta and sauce mix (from Chicken Helper box), and the remaining taco seasoning mix; heat just to boiling, stirring frequently. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 10 to 12 minutes, stirring frequently, until pasta is slightly tender.
In 10-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Cook chicken in oil 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown. Reduce heat to medium-low; continue to cook 3 to 5 minutes or until no longer pink in center.
Mix pasta and chicken in baking dish. Top with cheese and crushed tortilla chips. Bake uncovered about 20 minutes or until sides are bubbling. Serve with Toppings.
