My children and I loved this soup. It was easy and I doubled it to have for two nights. It was great! Will be making again. Thanks for putting such a simple and quick week night supper recipe online.

Delicious and easy. I added a can of kidney beans and corn to make it heartier and last longer.

Yummy with just the right amount of kick! Loved how quick it was also. As easy as heating up instant soup but tasted home made.

Yummy!!! I add 1/2 cup frozen corn & 4 ounces of Velveeta to this soup. Also, I prepare this soup using 1/2 pound chicken breasts cut into 1 inch cubes. I cook the chicken in the heated soup for about 5 minutes and it's ready to be served. I top the soup with bite size corn tortilla chips, sour cream, and chopped green onions.

We loved this soup. The quick prep and cook time make it an excellent choice on busy school and work nights. Leftovers warm up great! I loved the soup's smooth consistency and great flavor.

Loved this soup and so did my family! I used regular chicken because I didn't have the Southwestern Chicken. It was still good! Looking forward to making it again

In addition to cut up chicken thighs, I added 1 can each of: diced tomatoes, hominy, white northern beans, black beans and corn. Then have chopped cilantro, green onions, sour cream and crushed tortilla chips to garnish soup. Kids love it!

Wonderful soup! I added a twist... Prepare the chicken breasts in the crock pot(add 1 pkg. of taco seasoning that's been mixed with 3/4 c. hot water) and cook on low for 6 to 8 hrs.
Chop chicken to desired consistency when done. Then mix in the rest of the ingredients and cook on low again for another 6 hrs. I also stirred in a can of pinto beans and 1 cup of sour cream about 1 hour before it was done. What great flavor a crock pot can give to this recipe! Great for Mom's on the run, to let it slow cook all day!

This soup was the perfect match to the new fall weather. I added a few things however. I added a jar of Newman's Own Black Bean & Corn salsa and in turn I added another cup of milk. This added a little more chunkiness. I also added taco seasoning and garlic to taste. VERY VERY GOOD. Will be making this again.
