Cheesy Broccoli-Potato Soup

cups Progresso™ chicken broth (from 32-oz carton)

cup chopped onion

bag (12 oz) Green Giant™ Steamers™ frozen chopped broccoli

cups plain mashed potato mix (dry)

cups cut-up cooked chicken

cups shredded Swiss cheese (8 oz)

cups milk

teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. 1 In 3-quart saucepan, heat broth, onion and frozen broccoli to boiling. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. 2 Stir in potatoes until well blended. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  3. 3 Heat over low heat about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until soup is hot and cheese is melted.
