These are amazing. I love BLTs and I always have a bit of this in the fridge. If you're going to a party expect to make two recipes, everyone will love them. I sometimes just eat this on a full size sandwich. If you don't have time to do the bread and chop the veggies, just ease up on the mayo and make this into a cheeseball served with ritz crackers. Everytime we have impromptu company I can whip up this filling as a cheese ball in literally five minutes and everyone loves it so much that I usually have to make another soon after.

These were such a hit in our house that I had to make up a batch of the filling, to keep on hand in the fridge, and pre-baked dough sheets. My husband and kids ate them for breakfasts, snacks, and lunch. It didn't seem that there wasn't a good time to eat these delicious little things.

I made these mini BLT's about 2 weeks ago for a neighborhood deck part and they were a big hit, I knew after making the first couple of dozen and my daughter trying out the first ones that I should have made twice that amount. So I wasn't surprised when they were all snatched up in the 1st hour and was asked for the recipe which I referred to your website. Thanks for a very special treat that was easy to make.

Why not place the shredded lettuce on TOP of the squares rather than the BOTTOMS?

awesome, super easy bacon twist on a tuna salad type sandwich. I made full size sandwiches out of the recipe. before completely putting together the sandwiches, I smeared the bacon-cheese mixture on one slice of bread and popped it in the oven for about 6-10 minutes, then I added the tomato, spinach, and second slice of bread.

This recipe was delicious and easy to make. I used pre-cooked bacon to save time. I didn't have the recipe creations dough so I used the crescent rolls and just baked them flat which made 4 triangle shaped sandwiches that had the family asking for more. I've never used green onions before and loved them! Will definitely make this again :)

I made these larger, for a main dish meal, and they were a huge hit. Great weeknight recipe - dinner was on the table in no time!
