Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons process cheese spread with bacon (from a jar)
  • 4 slices cooked roast beef (1/8 inch thick)
  • 12 baby dill pickles, well drained
  • Ketchup and/or mustard, if desired

Steps

    Place beef slices individually on work surface. Spread each completely with cheese spread.

    Place 3 pickles across short end of each slice. If necessary, trim pickles to fit. Roll up.

    Cut each roll crosswise into 1-inch chunks. To eat, dip in ketchup or mustard.

    If you like, you can use slices of ham instead of roast beef and substitute slices of American cheese for the cheese spread. It's totally up to you!
