Ingredients

1: can or bottle of beer (12 ounces)

2: blocks of cream cheese

1: 32-ounce container of sour cream

: very thinly sliced green onion (one stalk is plenty)

: salt

: vinegar

1: lime

Directions

1 mash the cream cheese and sour cream together until smooth.
2 pour the beer into the sour-cream cheese along with the squeezed lime, and mix together completely.
3 mix in the thinly sliced green onion evenly.
4 add salt and vinegar to taste.
5 refrigerate for 3 hours for the flavors to combine.
6 Serve with pretzels, mini bread sticks, or a snack of your choice.
