A creamy beer'n'cheese dip. Great dip for parties or barbeques. Goes along well with pretzel sticks or triscuts.

Ingredients

can or bottle of beer (12 ounces)
2
blocks of cream cheese
1
32-ounce container of sour cream
very thinly sliced green onion (one stalk is plenty)
salt
vinegar
1
lime

  • 1 mash the cream cheese and sour cream together until smooth.
  • 2 pour the beer into the sour-cream cheese along with the squeezed lime, and mix together completely.
  • 3 mix in the thinly sliced green onion evenly.
  • 4 add salt and vinegar to taste.
  • 5 refrigerate for 3 hours for the flavors to combine.
  • 6 Serve with pretzels, mini bread sticks, or a snack of your choice.
  • 7 Enjoy! :)
